tropical climate at the coast, cooler in the center of Grenada

The annual dry season does not affect the evergreen tropical rainforest and lasts approx. between January and May each year when there is very little rainfall on the islands.
The wet season lasts essentially from June to December. Heavy showers and even an occaisonal thunder storm my occur at this time.
Grenada is fortune in that it lies just outside the hurricane bell so the country has escaped the worst of these devastating tropcial storms.

Average day-time temperatures range from 24 C/75 F to 30 C/87 F. tempered ty the cooling trade winds. The nights are cooler.
